A. There is no curfew. You are free to come and go as you like during your stay.

A.We do not provide meals. All rooms are equipped with a kitchen, so you can enjoy cooking.
We do not provide seasonings, so please bring your own if necessary.
Q.Is there a parking lot?
A.Riverside Inn Kamakura and Enoshima Apartment Hotel each have one free private parking lot.
Advance reservations are required, so please let us know when making your reservation.
KOSHIGOE seaside inn does not have a parking lot, so please use a nearby coin parking lot. (No affiliated service)

A. Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available for free.
Q.Can I smoke?
A. All rooms are non-smoking.
Q.Is there a cancellation fee?
A.Yes, a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days before check-in.

Q.At what age does the child rate start?
A. Infants under 4 years old sharing the same bed stay free of charge.
Children 5 years old and above are charged the same rate as adults.
Please include them in the number of adults when making a reservation.
Q.Do you have a washing machine and dryer?
A.All rooms are equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Detergent and fabric softener are also available free of charge.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. We are sorry, but we do not allow pets.
Q. Is it possible to store my luggage in advance?
A. It depends on our reservation status. Please contact us in advance by message or email to confirm.
Q.Is there a shared space with other guests?
A. No, all rooms are private. There are no shared spaces with other guests.
Q.Is there a discount for long-term stays?
A. 3 days or more: 10% off
7 days or more: 20% off
28 days or more: 45% off

A. No, there will be no cleaning or towel replacement during your stay.
If you would like cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for 4,000 yen per time.
For long stays, if you need to change sheets or replenish consumables, please let us know.
Please wash and dry your own towels.
Q. Are accommodations restricted to individuals under the age of 18 only?
A.If all guests are under 18 years old, they are welcome to stay provided they submit a consent form signed by a guardian.
We will send you the consent form upon reservation confirmation.

Q.May I have visitors in my room during my stay?
A.For the security and comfort of all our guests, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Non-guests are not permitted to enter.
Please be aware that a fee of 3,000 yen per person will be charged if it is confirmed that someone other than a registered guest has entered the room.
Q.How do I check in and check out?
A.Our inn operates as an unmanned facility with a self-check-in system using a key box.
