We have established the following usage rules based on Article 10 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions, and we ask for your cooperation.
Please note that if you do not comply, we may be forced to refuse your continued stay.
1.Do not use firearms that may cause a fire within this facility.
2.Do not smoke in the guest rooms, gardens, balconies, or the front road of this facility. (including electronic cigarettes)
If smoking or cigarette butts are found, a cleaning fee of 33,000 yen and damages will be charged.
3.This facility is a wooden facility located in a general residential area, so please do not engage in loud singing or loud activities that may disturb neighboring residents.
Or in any other way, do not cause hatred to others.
4.Do not bring the following items into our facility.
A) Animals (excluding guide dogs) and birds
B) Items that emit a particularly bad odor
c) Items that are easily ignited or flammable, such as gunpowder
d) Firearms and swords that are not legally permitted to possess
e) Cannabis, narcotics, stimulants, etc.
5.Do not gamble or engage in any behavior that violates public morals within this facility.
6.Do not allow foreign visitors to enter the facility, move, process, or take out the facility's equipment and goods to other locations, or allow them to be used for purposes other than their intended purpose.
7.Do not attach foreign objects to the buildings or equipment of this facility or move them to other locations within the facility.
8.Do not use this facility while intoxicated.
9.Please be careful not to lose the key to this facility. In case you lose it,
For security reasons, the doorknob and cylinder will need to be replaced, so a replacement cost of 35,000 yen will be charged.
10.Please wash the dishes and cooking utensils you have used and return them to their original locations.
11.Please refrain from using more bedding than the number of people making the reservation.
If we confirm that more bedding is being used than the number of people making the reservation, we will charge 3,000 yen per set of bedding as the bedding usage fee.
12.Please refrain from leaving large garbage such as suitcases in the guest room.
In the unlikely event that bulky garbage is left behind, we will charge 2,000 yen for each piece of bulky garbage as garbage disposal fee.
